I am happy to endorse Jaclyn Moreno for Cosumnes Community Services District Board. Most noteworthy, she has a history of fighting for and will continue to fight to make sure that all people receive equal access to quality programs and services. As a local wife, Mom, Sacramento & Elk Grove blogger, freelance writer, and community activist, I personally strongly believe that Jaclyn has what it takes to help manage Cosumnes Community Services District.

Jaclyn Fights For Equal & Quality Services For All
As a Cosumnes CSD Board member, Jaclyn would have a direct hand in managing parks, recreation, and fire services in our community. First of all, she has a great deal of experience in working with Cosumnes CSD. Consequently, she is not afraid to stand up for the rights of those of the underserved in our community.
Especially relevant, as a special education administrator, Jaclyn spent everyday working to give students with disabilities equal access to programs and services. She advocated for inclusive approaches to serving these students and came up with creative solutions so that students with disabilities could participate with typically developing peers to the maximum extent possible. Furthermore, Jaclyn believes that just because someone has a disability doesn’t mean they should receive their education in a separate school setting. Hence, this is just one example of the way that Jaclyn fights for the rights of the underserved and for equal rights for all in our community.
Jaclyn Is The Right Choice
I’ve had the chance to speak to Jaclyn and to get to know her. You can tell she is very passionate about serving the community. She is down to sit down and talk to anybody who has any issues with any of the current services offered by Cosumnes CSD. Most importantly, I know Jaclyn will continue to fight hard to ensure that all people have access to high quality programs and services offered by our parks, recreation, and fire departments. In conclusion, I am confident that Jaclyn’s presence will enhance and enrich the Cosumnes Community Services District Board. Therefore, I have no reservations whatsoever about endorsing Jaclyn Moreno for Cosumnes Community Services District Board.
